Tiago Mello

Tiago Mello, a partner at Boutique Filmes, is the Executive Producer of the first Netflix original production in Brazil, the series “3%” (four seasons). He is also a producer of the series “Mila in the Multiverse”, which was recently released on Disney+.

With over 20 years of experience in the market, Tiago has been nominated four times for the International Emmy Awards, with the series “Zoo da Zu” (Discovery Kids, in 2015 and 2017), “SOS Fada Manu” (Gloob, 2016), and “Julie and the Phantoms” (Nickelodeon/Band, 2012). He is also the Executive Producer of “Nosso Mundo Zoo” (Discovery Kids)—a spin-off of the successful series “O Zoo da Zu”—, “Mal Me Quer” (Warner Channel), “Gigantes do Brasil” (History Channel), “Mauá – O Primeiro Gigante” (History Channel), “Papaya Bull” (Nickelodeon), “Temporada de Verão” (Netflix), “Omniscient” (Netflix), “A Grande Luta” (HBO), among other major projects.

Tiago Mello was responsible for the series “Escola Pra Cachorro” (TV Cultura/Nickelodeon/TV Ontario), the first co-production between Brazil and Canada for television. With TV Globo and Cartoon Network, he was at the forefront of the animated series “Sítio do Picapau Amarelo”. As Executive Producer, he also worked on “Descolados” (MTV), “Brilhante” (TV Brasil), and the short film “Vivi Viravento” (by Alê Abreu). Tiago is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (International Emmy).
