A negotiation with the Fernández family that began two years ago became Caracol Television’s most ambitious project and turned into a dream come true for Osorio.

She started her career in the communications division of American Airlines in Colombia, where she soon knew FLYING HIGH was her thing! A communications professional with a postgrad degree in Marketing and Public Relations from California Coast University, she joined the Caracol Television team in 2005 as an international sales executive, where she rose through the ranks, finally becoming VP for International Sales in 2012.
Throughout those years and thanks to her vision, Caracol Television’s International Business department has gone from content vendor to creator of new business lines for the company and into a genuine multi-platform content factory for the international market.
