leadership in the entertainment industry.
Currently CEO of LightCubed Media, which provides strategic consulting
services for entertainment companies and content creators, Lightcap
spent 25+ years working for top-tier companies including Disney, Fox
and Discovery, in roles such as:
President of Disney Channels Worldwide;
General Manager of Discovery Kids Media;
General Manager of US network Discovery Family;
Chief Content Officer, Discovery Latin America/US Hispanic; and
Chief Marketing Officer, The Walt Disney Company Latin America.
Lightcap also sat on corporate boards, both for profit and non-profit.
She’s currently on the Board of Advisors for Fundación Compromiso.
